About the Author

Victoria was destined for a writing career when a teacher circled her detailed description of a sword and wrote "Great!". Her foray into writing for herself began with poetry written as a teenager. This gateway drug led to short stories, which ultimately paved the way for novels. Her first novel, an f/f romance called Daughters of Gaia, was finished in 2006. She submitted it to small-press publishers, who, despite some encouraging words, did not choose to publish it.

Meanwhile, she tried writing something more mainstream, and wrote a sci-fi novel called Replacements, which she submitted to agents in the hopes of starting a traditional writing career. Frustrated with sometimes brusque form rejections while good manuscripts built up on her hard drive, Victoria decided to begin self-publishing her collection of m/m and f/f novels in 2012, while still continuing to listen to her demanding muse and keep writing.

Victoria was born in the United Kingdom but emigrated to the United States at age 21. She's bisexual, happily married and still shouts in a British accent.
