The Road Home
Lyman Grant, publisher, poet, professor, and administrator, offers poems that simultaneously inspire and bring us to our knees. This collection of startlingly brave poems witnesses for us the terrible ghosts of the shattered (and shattering) center of who we are and were and where we long to be: If not at home, then at a station that offers brief solace even as we push further into a light that haunts and promises and stories us with deeds shameful, proud, profane and profound.
