This is an anthology of contemporary Italian Dialect Poetry. The anthology focuses on the most important poets in Italy writing in their native dialects. All the regions of Italy are represented. The poems, which appear in their original dialect with an Italian and an English translation, are framed with a critical apparatus on the poets and their regions.
