Dear Readers, Briefest Bio ever: I died twice: once by car; 9 years later, by motorcycle. I lived in 12 countries. I was a Sommelier at the Four Seasons. I acted in 'Return of the Killer Tomatoes' with George Clooney. Two of my print books have become Collectibles and I am not dead yet.
