Here Comes the Easter Cat, by Deborah Underwood, illustrated by Claudia Rueda
I have a feeling this will become one of my family’s favorite Easter books. Cat decides he wants to be Easter Cat this year and take over Easter. There’s only one problem: cats like to take naps (don’t we all?), and there’s no time for naps when you’re delivering a bunch of chocolate bunnies to lots of little boys and girls. My boys laughed a lot while reading this one—it’s a definite winner.
What are some of your family’s favorite Easter and Springtime books? And is “Here Comes Peter Cottontail” still hopping around in your head?
