About the Author

Raymond Viger est journaliste depuis plus de 40 ans et travailleur de rue depuis 25 ans. Ses milieux d'intervention ont été entre autres les communautés inuites, le milieu de la prostitution et des gangs de rue. Récipiendaire de plusieurs prix pour la pour la défense des droits de la personne et de la lutte contre la criminalité, il fit de l'aide aux jeunes marginalisés son fer de lance. Depuis 25 ans, il dirige le Journal de la Rue, un organisme d'intervention et de promotion culturelle, tout en étant rédacteur en chef du magazine socioculturel Reflet de Société.
