'A Mental State' is a shocking and compelling human interest story of long-term abuse of a dementia victim by state officials in one EU country and her family's search for justice. Once fêted by Presidents and governments, Thraki Rossidou Jones, a well-known artist (and her son Gavin and daughter-in-law Christine as sole family carers) became targets for clinical and administrative abuse and skulduggery as her senile dementia progressed.
