Charlie is a bird who knows one day he will soar through the air. But his small size keeps him from realizing his dream.

Encouraged by his mother, and the friendship he finds in Hopper the grasshopper, Charlie soon finds his wings. And in the process he sees that he can make a difference as long as he believes in himself and follows his heart.
