To Handcuff Lightning
It's not history when you're still living it. Between the years 1940-1970, more than five million African-Americans left the South. Edward and Algie Clover of Dublin, Georgia, along with their three daughters and Algie's mother, joined that great migration. Arriving in Dayton, Ohio just before the decade that changed civil wrongs into civil rights, they would witness history, but never allow it to get in the way of living. "To Handcuff Lightning" is the first book in the Clover Family Saga.
