About the Author

Berne Kent was born and raised in a suburb of Chicago, before his family relocated to Buffalo, New York. He began a teaching Art at Wilson Central High School, in the small village of Wilson, before heading the Guidance Department until his retirement. He passed away in August of 2009, leaving his wife of over 50 years, Nancy, and three children: Elaine, Tracey and Edward.
