Real business managing experience. Denny has 20+ years working as an HR Leader in Fortune 100 companies and Seattle high tech start-ups. 
His first career was in engineering

Masters in HR and Masters in Engineering from the University of Minnesota. Undergraduate in Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. 

Hands-on experience building organizations and all areas HR. As HR leader, he built the AT&T Fixed Wireless initiative, Project Angel, from scratch to a full business unit in ten states. Previously he was HR Director for a software division and HR Manager for a unionized pulp and paper mill. He is an expert in managing companies and people.
