About the Author

Dr. David B. Biebel is a minister, author, and editor. He holds a Doctor of Ministry degree in Personal
Wholeness from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary. For nearly twenty years he served as editor for the Christian Medical & Dental Associations’ flagship journal Today’s Christian Doctor, before serving on the staff of Florida Hospital’s Publishing division as Managing Editor until 2014. Dr. Biebel has authored or co-authored nineteen books, including three with the Dills. He founded Healthy Life Press in 2008 to help previously unpublished authors get their works to market. His hobbies include hunting (especially bowhunting for elk), fishing, camping, golfing, and cooking. He lives in Colorado.

James E. Dill, MD, was a board certified gastroenterologist with over forty years of practice experience.
In Jim’s latter years he enjoyed working as a locum tenens physician in a number of states including Hawaii. He co-authored three books including this one, Your Mind at its Best, and The A to z guide to Healthier living. While serving in Hawaii, he and his wife, Bobbie, made several medical trips to American Samoa to assist the physicians there in patient care. The Jim Dill Memorial Samoan Fund was established to help the Samoans with access to care thru the Straub clinic and Hospital, 888 King St., Honolulu, HI 96813. His love for his family, friends, and patients enriched his world, and his dedication to whole person
medicine will remain a legacy.

Bobbie Dill, RN, has served as a nurse in various specialties throughout her career with an emphasis on women’s health, in which she holds a certification. She enjoyed many years of working alongside her husband in his medical practice, which was among one of the first to establish a truly wholistic medical emphasis, encompassing the medical, emotional, spiritual, and relational needs of patients. Bobbie enjoys writing and co-authored with her husband, Jim, nineteen journal articles and three books, including this one. She now resides in Virginia where she enjoys time with her family, including her three granddaughters, as well as serving in her church and community.
