Lynne is a Nutrition Scientist who has been researching the health benefits of honey and other natural foods for nearly 15 years, and has amassed a number of publications in this area. She has worked with the Honey Research Unit at Waikato University in New Zealand for several years, during which she investigated the effects that honey can have on different aspects of health as compared to other sugars.
