About the Author

After a sixteen-year, soul-crushing career as a corporate executive, Steve Belanger found salvation in a life of writing and performing. He is currently a contributing editor at Men's Health Magazine and is the host of The Men's Health Podcast. After his eight-year experience at Penthouse, Steve went on to a successful career at Time Inc. where he oversaw such iconic titles as Field & Stream and Popular Science. He was a corporate vice president there in 2004 when he decided to walk away from it all in search of more creative pursuits. He has worked with Oscar-winners, appeared on numerous TV shows and written countless scripts. His work has appeared in several major magazines and he has performed comedy on the country's most celebrated stages. Steve is based in Long Island, NY, but spends a lot of time on both coasts kissing asses and furthering his career.
