Ruth Driscoll has been surrounded by children her whole life. Raised and educated in Massachusetts, she was one of nine children. Ruth is mother to two beautiful and talented daughters, Lori and Heather and became Auntie Ruthie to 34 nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews. Through the years she has worked in the capacity of nanny, foster mom , and caretaker to dozens of children ranging from newborns to teenagers. In her writing Ruth draws upon her own childhood and her working experiences with children to create stories that bless and encourage the inner child in everyone.

Working for over twenty years in the food industry, Ruth has worn the hats of personal chef, caterer, pastry chef, and cafe manager. Ruth creates wholesome, delicious recipes with all-natural ingredients, fresh herbs, and timesaving methods. Her foods have been enjoyed by royalty, professionals, national newsmen, and even a political pundit or two - all to rave reviews. One news anchor pronounced her food, “amazing grub,” inspiring the title to her upcoming cookbook. Ruth’s recipes are inspired by her New England heritage and the wonderful regions of the United States she has been privileged to call home. Ruth currently resides in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
