Pat Sharp Brown, Ph.D., is a board certified mental health counselor in private practice in Spokane, Wa. since 1977. She enjoys her two grown sons and stepson and their families including eight grandchildren. She enjoys all aspects of counseling, particularly those who are grieving. Through her personal grief journeys she has found that there is a God who loves and cares. Her journal shares her unexpected peace and even some sparkles of joy in the face of such losses.
