About Josh Kadish, AIF, RFC
Josh began his financial services career in 1994 and soon realized that the financial services industry was trying to deliver a one-size-fits-all solution to people with vastly different circumstances. He began to tailor solutions to individuals in a life transition (between jobs, retirement, sale of a business, divorce, loss of a loved one, caring for aging relatives, professional athlete careers, etc.). Now, Josh works with highly successful individuals and executives who are at a turning point in their lives and want to successfully navigate through their immediate transition and beyond.

With his partners at RPG, Josh developed the LifePrint Advantage™, an educational approach for wealth management and financial life mapping. By bridging the gap between education and planning, the LifePrint Advantage gives clients newfound confidence in both their life and financial decisions.

Josh graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a double major in international relations and political science with an emphasis in economics.
He is an Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF), Registered Financial Consultant (RFC), and a member of the Financial Planning Association (FPA). Josh has been featured for his financial knowledge in The Wall Street Journal, Money magazine, Consumer Reports, Kiplinger's Personal Finance, Crain's Chicago Business, and more.

Nicole Mayer has always had a desire to educate others. With her passion for education and finance, she realized the financial services model in the United States was broken. She takes a holistic approach when advising clients facing life transitions; cultivating relationships by identifying their individual goals and concerns and educating them based on their unique situations.
With an unyielding commitment to guiding clients by clarifying and prioritizing their objectives, Nicole provides high quality, personalized independent advice, helping clients go beyond their finances to find their True Wealth and life purpose, and then to navigate that journey.

A graduate of DePaul University with a degree in finance and marketing, an Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF), and a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst (CDFA), Nicole has been recognized nationally for her knowledge and commitment and has been featured on Fox Business Network, WGN 9 News, Home and Family Finance radio, and InfoTrak rad
