• Berroco Maya (worsted weight; 85% pima cotton/15% baby alpaca; 137 yds/50g per hank): 4 (5, 5, 6, 6, 7) hanks vanilla flower #5601 (A) and 3 (3, 4, 4, 5, 5) hanks tierra #5635 (B)

• Size 9 (5.5mm) needles or size needed to obtain gauge

Gauge

17 sts and 27 rows = 4 inches/10cm in St st (blocked).

To save time, take time to check gauge.


Special Abbreviation

Make 1 Purlwise (M1-p): Insert LH needle from front to back under horizontal strand between last st worked and next st on LH needle; purl through back of resulting loop.


Pattern Stitch

Seed St (even number of sts)
