Baldor is a battle hardened Troll Viscount for the Seelie court. Growing up during the worst of the Seelie War for Independence from the Unseelie court injured him inside and out. When he discovered his heart's desire is a Brownie from the Unseelie court he denied her right away and forced himself not to think of her ever again.
As a Brownie and a natural healer and medic born during the war, the war and its casualties were often too much for Dinlas to endure. So when her heart's desire rejects her just for being an Unseelie she quickly agreed to help create a new dimension and escape the realities of the real world.
So what happens when Baldor and Dinlas find themselves living on the same side of the dimensional gate? Will Baldor will have the strength to reject Dinlas again or this time will it be Dinlas doing the rejecting?
