About the Author

Adapted for Disney by Erik Burnham, Josh Elder, and Robert Simpson; with Leonard Maltin. Erik Burnham has written all kinds of stories in his career, from comedy to horror, and adventure to romance. They're all his favorite. He currently lives in Minnesota, and if he gets lost in the woods again, they may kick him out. Josh Elder is a writer of many things (like Mail Order Ninja and Scribblenauts Unmasked), but he's probably best known as the founder of the educational non-profit organization Reading With Pictures. Robert Simpson has been a writer&editor for more than 30 years, with an extensive background in mass media, popular culture publishing as well as film and television. Starting at Marvel Comics as an intern and writer at the age of 16, Robert has worked for every major comic book publisher in the industry. Leonard Maltin is one of the most recognized and respected film critics of our time. He appears regularly on Reelz Channel and spent 30 years on the hit television show, Entertainment Tonight.
