Chapter One

It was a beautiful spring morning in April when Little Bill made his entrance into the world at Pleasant Pond. Joining him in his arrival were three beautiful silver leopard siblings. Altogether, there was Little Bill, his brother, Zak and two sisters, Jasmine and Jewel. They were all beautiful Bengal kittens.

Their mother, Luna, was a beautiful silver rosetted Bengal queen (mother cats are sometimes called queens.) Rosettes are spots that have "blossomed," like a rosebud blossoms into a rose. Their father, Xhilaration (nicknamed X), was also a stunning silver rosetted Bengal.

Luna had found this very special place for her kittens to be born. It happened to be in Grandma's kitchen under the desk. Luna loved this spot and started staying there every day. Finally, Grandma got the idea to make a nice nest with a basket under the desk for Luna.

Time was flying by. When the kittens were about 3 weeks old they were starting to wrestle and play. Little Bill began to notice his brothers and sisters and mom. He thought they were all very pretty with their big black rosettes on a light silver background.
