Not Open: Win the Invisible Spiritual Culture War
In our effort to be open, tolerant, relevant, nonjudgmental, and accepted, there are now very few differences between those that call themselves Christians and those that don’t. Culture has demanded we accept views on morality, family, love and spirituality and its interpretation of God’s Word. The subtle erosion of compromised truth has overtaken and diluted our lives to be weak and powerless like the culture that surrounds us. Why would the world want what they already have? The battle is upon us and Not Open is a critical beacon of light, exposing the deceptions of compromise. Not Open will help you detect the areas of OPEN that the culture has so cleverly woven into your life and challenge you to live the powerful, life altering and undiluted life that has been planned for you and your family through living and reflecting the truth of Jesus Christ and God’s Word.

About the Author

Lisa Cherry, author, speaker and mom, loves to mine out wisdom of the Word of God and impart those life-changing truths to today’s generation. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Southern Illinois University. Lisa and her husband, Doug, along with their children, founded Frontline Family Ministries, Parents of Teens and Tweens (POTTS), Victory Dream Center, and REALITY Youth Center. Lisa and Doug travel nationwide speaking to parents with Acquire the Fire conferences. They are the parents of ten children, grandparents of four and make their home in southern Illinois.

Lucas Cherry is on a mission. Already in his life, he has run enough miles as an athlete to circle halfway around the globe, and in ministry with his family, he has traveled across the nation. His passion is to reach his peers with the life-transforming cross of Jesus Christ. While obtaining his bachelor’s degree in accounting and business management from Southern Illinois University, he was a track and field athlete and a motivational speaker for Fellowship of Christian Athletes, Frontline Family Ministries, REALITY Youth Center and Victory Dream Center. He is continuing his education at Oral Roberts University where he will receive his master of business administration and CPA licensure with plans to serve in international missions and nonprofit development. As one of ten children, Lucas learned to show up on time for meals and to drive a fifteen-passenger van.
