A macho hitman (Michelle Rodriguez) is abducted and given unwanted male-to-female gender-confirmation surgery by a deranged doctor (Sigourney Weaver). With the help of a one-night stand (Caitlin Gerard), the assassin seeks revenge on those responsible for the operation. Directed by Walter Hill.
