Fascinated with the secrets of the ancients and the cryptic ways they concealed their ethnicities and affiliations to Secret Societies, Suellen enjoys recreating their lives and ancient paths. "I accumulated years worth of research for my historical fiction, 'The Lies of the Lion,' so I created a non-fiction genealogical reference book entitled, 'Secret Genealogy' to work as a companion to the novel. Since the novel was about people hiding their ethnic roots, I thought a reference book providing more details, would benefit the readers." Suellen Ocean makes her home in the Sierra Nevada Foothills.
