Dynnice Rosanny Engcoy has a PhD in Church History from the Asia Graduate School of Theology and is currently the Registrar of ICI Global University Philippines and adjunct instructor in Church History at the Asia Pacific Theological Seminary in Baguio City, Philippines. She formerly served as the archivist at the Asia Pacific Research Center and has done oral history research on the beginnings of Pentecostal groups in the Philippines.
