"A Fire Burning Softly On" is the story of teenaged lovers who's romance seems to be endlessly interrupted by one circumstance or another. The guy truly loves his girl but alcohol leads him astray on more than one occasion forcing the girl to make a decision that unravels the tie that binds them, then Fate steps in and makes their separation a fatal finalty.
