Pinnacle Performance in 2002 providing consulting on a wide-range of organizational issues to increase effectiveness from leadership, change management, sales and organizational design. Larry has over 20 years of experience in organizational consulting and learning. He has lead learning organizations for companies including MinuteClinic and Adaytum. Larry joined UnitedHealth Group as the Director of Learning and Development and Strategic Consulting until returning to Pinnacle to lead the A.R.T.ful Leadership consulting practice.His ability to connect with individuals, whether during a keynote address, during a leadership sessions or during coaching makes him truly impactful. Through storytelling Larry relates A.R.T.ful Leadership to real-life lessons. In addition, his openness allows others to be open. Larry’s education includes an undergraduate degree in Communications and Management from Concordia College and a Masters Degree from the University of Montana and North Dakota State University. He has studied at the University of Michigan executive center and the Mager Institute.
