About the Author

Robin M. Mayer has experienced the joys and heartaches of two careers. During her media career she performed as the VJ “Rockin’ Robin,” mixed National Public Radio’s “All Things Considered,” stayed up all night as a “killer bee” writer/producer/editor for CBS News, and won four regional Emmys.
