Not content with such glories, he decided to up the ante. During the second half of 2006, he skated from Perth to Brisbane, a distance of 4,500 miles, raising money for three childrens' charities in the process and earning an adventurous reputation. Dave Cornthwaite is an adventurer and public speaker. He runs the BoardFree skate school and is a director of Rollsrolls, who manufactured Elsa, his trusty yellow longboard. He is currently training for a new challenge, "BounceFree."
