First, we get to pick a pumpkin (make sure it’s the perfect size), then, we get to carve it (pick your favorite design), and next, we are on to a costume (choose your favorite). Finally, we follow the narrator as they trick-or-treat and get lots of candy. BOO! is a great book for young children because of how interactive it is—a child can point out their favorite pumpkin, costume, and carving by pointing to the multitude of cute illustrations. Additionally, the thick cardboard pages are perfect for little hands learning to hold a book. These pages are colorfully decorated and will surely keep little ones happy and begging to pick out their own Halloween fun! This book is highly recommended for selection.
