WAYNE MARTINO is Associate Professor Faculty of Education, The University of Western Ontario, Canada. His publications include Gendered Fictions and From the Margins and most recently Being Normal is the Only Thing to be: Boys and Girls Talk About Their Experiences of School.

ROBERT LINGARD is Bell Chair in Education at Edinburgh University, UK. He has published extensively and his books include Gender and Changing Educational Management and Men Engaging Feminisms.
