Although the storyteller must draw during the presentation, artistic ability is not necessary for success. Several are intended for the pre-kindergarten age group, and most are suitable for older children as well.

About the Author

Phyllis Noe Pflomm is a graduate of Stephens College, Columbia, MO, and Barnard College. She is a children's librarian in the Dayton and Montgomery County (OH) Public Library system, where she tells stories, many of which are draw-and tell, to children of all ages.
