Editorial Reviews

Children's Literature - Marilyn Courtot

Tigger of Winnie the Pooh fame is bouncing around and it makes him so happy that he wants all his friends to join in. Since his friends do not know how to bounce, Tigger is ready to teach them. It is springs for Eeyore's four legs, a ball for Pooh and a pogo stick for Piglet. Naturally these friends have trouble with bouncing. Eeyore ends up hanging from a tree limb; Pooh rolls away with the ball and ends up in a big bush while Piglet has launched himself into a bird's nest. Not quite what Tigger had in mind as he heads out because he cannot find any of his friends. It really is not much of a story and the most attractive part of the book is the illustrations. A marginal board book purchase.
