About the Author

Theresa Skinner Crier was born in New Orleans, LA and shares two older sisters. As a young girl, Theresa enjoyed many adventures with her neighborhood friends, with one of her favorite memories being her 8th birthday party she shared with all of the children from her block. Her days were filled with double dutch and Atari, but at night she would find herself continuing her adventures in books until she fell asleep.

Today Theresa lives in Chattanooga, TN with her husband Rondell. In addition to creating amazing adventures for children, she is enjoying writing short stories and has even begun a screenplay. Although she does not have any children of her own yet, she's practicing her future motherhood skills on her seven nieces and seven nephews. Theresa feels a kindred spirit to children, mainly due to her own child-like wonder with which she chooses to view the world.
