Cromnibus Bill - Consolidated and Further Continuing Appropriations Act, 2015
This is the full text of the "Cromnibus Bill" H.R. 83, of the 113th Congress. This $1.1 trillion dollar omnibus appropriations bill gained a variety of riders in the house amendment to the senate amendment. Rather than fight too hard, establishment Democrats and Republicans were forced to come together against the fringes of their own party as the White House gave the nod that the president would sign the measure.. In the end Senator Elizabeth Warren and Senator Ted Cruz were the greatest opponents in the Senate for different reasons, but neither was able to convince enough of their peers to fail passage.

This is the official government text conveniently formatted for your eReader.

As an omnibus bill this legislation has several Divisions, each with it's own titles for what would normally be separate appropriations bills.
