About the Author

Leo Dlupine Cabral, born in New York, raised in California, surrounded by music, acting, and art. Coming from a small family that migrated several times during a young age and struggled through hardship. He always found a fascination with comic book characters and music. From seven years old Leo tried everything from playing the trumphet, tap dancing, break dancing and acting. In his teen years, he pushed further by stepping into the theatre arts, managing to land several roles and directing a few plays. As a result, he received a scholarship from the Conservatory of Theatre Arts at Webster University in St Louis, Missouri. But with struggling times could not follow his dreams. He moved on to bit parts as an extra in Film/TV. During these times his own fascination with the comic book world grew - he was always creating characters of his own. With such a fascination with comic books, Leo jumped into martial arts and bodybuilding competitions. Finally he realized what was in his heart, thus began his self-originated, self-creation comic book world D7 Reality. He sharpened his skills as an artist/writer, and eventually completed one book: Hawk's Rising. He began feverishly submitting to literary agents for publication, but was turned down. Through perseverance, he finally was able to publish his second book ION Book 1 and later changed the book title to Oisin Book 1, his first publication online. Today, he has completed another project, pushing forward with his characters hoping to move them beyond books into film and animation, using Fitness Modeling and body building competitions to promote his work.
