DOGGED
A perpetual playboy meets the girl of his dreams but a jilted ex-lover casts a spell that changes him into a dog right before his wedding. He believes he has one week to get the women he wronged to forgive him or he remains a dog forever when in actuality, it is he who has to learn the act of forgiveness.
SYNOPSIS:
TYSON ALEXANDER loves life as a perpetual playboy. That is until he meets and falls in love with MADISON EVERS, the girl of his dreams. Hoping to make a fresh start in his relationship with Madison, he cuts all of his ex-lovers loose one week before their wedding. But JANETTE BLEU, one of the jilted women and closet witch, isn't going to be discarded so easily. She sets out to get revenge by casting a spell that turns Tyson the man into the dog he truly is.
A leather collar might look good on Tyson, but frankly, being held on a short leash really cramps his style especially with all the plans he has for his business and personal relationship. Desperate, he enlists his best friend, JASPER (JAZZ) RICHARDS, for help. Quickly figuring out that Janette's involved, they go to get the curse removed. But Janette is as surprised as they are that the spell actually worked since she only dabbles in witchcraft. What's more disturbing is she can't reverse it. The only way the spell can be broken is if Tyson learns the lesson of loyalty and gets all the women he dogged in the last year to forgive him but if he doesn't get forgiveness before the next full moon he'll remain a dog, forever. To make matters worse, he's supposed to be getting married at the end of the week! If being a dog isn't punishment enough, he shifts back and forth from dog to man at the most inconvenient times creating more sticky situations. For the first time in his life he isn't in control and is now vulnerable to his circumstance. Tyson discovers that the longer he stays a dog the more he begins to exhibit doglike qualities that forces him fight to save the humanity he always took for granted.
Finally, he learns the lesson of loyalty, makes peace with his ex-lovers and it seems as though his dog days will soon be behind him. Then Madison finds out that he's been unfaithful to her most of their relationship and threatens to call off the wedding. Tyson doesn't want to live a life of lies anymore and comes clean about his past. In the end, Tyson becomes a loyal, caring and sensitive man who learns that his philandering ways stem far deeper than he realized as he comes to terms with the man he was and the new man he's determined to be, if and when the curse is broken.
