Overview

A young couple (Michael Ealy and Meagan Good) finally moves into their Napa Valley dream home which they bought from Charlie (Dennis Quaid), the eccentric widowed owner of the house. Things take a dark turn, however, when the obsessed former owner keeps on popping into the house and interfering with their lives, which quickly escalates into a dangerous situation that threatens their very safety.
