About the Author

Carolyn Hart is the author of 47 mysteries, including Death Comes Silently, a Death on Demand title. Coming tin October 2012 is a stand-alone suspense novel What The Cat Saw. Hart's books have won Agatha, Anthony, and Macavity awards. She has been honored at Malice Domestic as Guest of Honor and as winner of the Lifetime Achievement Award. At Malice Domestic XXV in April 2013, she will receive Malice's Amelia Peabody Award in recognition of contributions to the traditional mystery. She has twice appeared at the National Book Festival in Washington, D.C.
