J.R. Strange was born in Fort Huachuca, Arizona on July 21, 1943. He loved nature and animals of all kinds. He loved to catch hawks, raccoons, possums. As kids, we loved to catch and ride wild donkeys. Even though we always got a whipping for doing it. He also loved to fish and dive for abalone, but most of all: he loved kids. He passed away August 27, 2015.
