About the Author

Art has always been part of Geneviève Crabe's life in one form or another. Her mother was an artist and always encouraged her artistic endeavors, which have included drawing, crochet, needlepoint, painting, pen & ink, and beading. Always looking for ways to integrate several of these art forms together, she has a strong affinity to using painting and fibers in jewelry making. Following a 30-year career in high-tech, Geneviève is now devoting all her time to artistic pursuits and expanding her arts & crafts business by publishing patterns and kits. She has written two books: Macintosh Graphics Techniques for Multimedia and The Crafters’ Internet Handbook: Research, Connect and Sell Your Crafts Online, which is now a blog, Crafters’ Internet 2.0. Geneviève is a Certified Zentangle Teacher™ and a member of Decorative Artists in Canada, the Society of Decorative Painters, the Toronto Bead Society, and the St. Thomas Elgin Artists Guild.amarylliscreations.com
