The text in this book introduces twelve words in three languages (English, Spanish and French) along with various textures. We see a boy in a blue sleeper on the cover while inside the book there is a multicultural cast of babies. In one, a baby has a bottle (le biberon, el biberon) and you can feel the plastic texture of the bottle. There are toys and various items to both look at and touch. A young girl is wearing a diaper (la couche, el panae) and readers can also feel the texture. Most of the items are familiar, but it was surprising to see a music player. The book (le livre, el libro), pajamas, blanket, crib and mobile are all items you would expect to find in a baby's room and they are things associated with bedtime or naps. There is a nightlight and another less familiar item—a sleep sack instead of a blanket. This is a companion to I love to Eat. Reviewer: Marilyn Courtot
