About the Author

This compilation of my poems is a continuation of more inspirational and positive poems I have written in my later years. I have entitled it, If I Only Knew, dedicated to one of my best friends who died too young. She was an inspiration to me. I attribute my ability to laugh & find fun to her amazing zeal for life. I may have never published my first collection of poems, Charge It To My Heart, if it weren't for her love and support. I have such a new found appreciation for everyday I wake, I am so blessed with family who never gave up on me, fabulous friends who fill my world with hope and unconditional love. My hope is that the same is true with this book as with my first, a wise Psychologist once said to me "If one poem helps one person feel less lonely, then it's all worth it". I wish all good happenings for one and all. May your life feel as blessed as mine.
