Lori Collins is a 9-1-1 public educator for Pinellas Country, Florida. She has expertise in helping 9-1-1 centers improve efficiency and regularly holds workshops to educate children on how to make 9-1-1 calls. She lives in Clearwater, Florida. Dan Brown is an illustrator whose clients include Coca-Cola, Dairy Queen, Ford, Green Mill, and the Special Olympics. He lives in Los Angeles.
