Changchun is the capital of Jilin Province. Because its climate is comfortable, it is called the "Spring City of the North Land." Although its four seasons are very distinct, Changchun enjoys a temperate, cool summer and a relatively warm winter compared to other cities on the same latitude. The average temperature in Changchun is 4.8Â?C.
