Kennesaw Taylor was born in Milledgeville Georgia in 1960. While on vacation in 1967 his mother met Jack Cooper, who was a small time player in the Dixie Mafia. She packed up her four children and ran into the night with what she thought was her Knight in shinning armor. What followed was a six year long odyssey of lies, deceit, criminal activities, extreme abuse, violence and in the end murder. The children were denied their education and childhood, spending the entire time moving in the middle of the night every few months. Informally Educated is the story of that time.
