Lawrence Harte has over 18 years experience in the electronics industry and is president of APDG, Inc. in Fuquay-Varina, North Carolina. He earned his M.B.A. in business management from Wake Forest University in Virginia. Mr. Harte is the author of several books and over 75 articles on telecommunications technology.
