About the Author

Johan W. Eekhout was born with a passion for plants.

He was lucky enough to chose his passion as career. And a life time gardening took him to explore permaculture, bio-dynamics, organic gardening... and he evolved even further to a "non-digging, non-breaking the earth" system.

Plants help him to discover Nature and have been guiding him on a journey to self-discovery and love for the planet and all creatures.

One morning he woke up with this story in his mind and he had to write it down.

And he had lots of fun making the illustrations.

He secretly hopes the tale will inspire kids to collect seeds, to plant, to observe and interact with nature...

Johan also believes that a self-sustainable world is not only necessary but possible, and that together we all can make the change... a little bit a time... all of us...

For a self-sustainable happy peaceful world!

Thanks for reading.
