In this third episode of a three-part look at the life and work of Jane Austen, viewers are introduced to the meat of Austen's work, the six novels upon which rests her reputation. Narrated excerpts from her books are heard as well as bits of the letters Austen left behind. Also included is speculation on who may have been the real-life inspiration for the heroes and heroines of her six novels.
