LLC Kyle Shadix, MS, RD, is a registered dietitian, food scientist, and food-safety expert, who serves on the editorial advisory board for Today’s Dietitian magazine, is a contributing editor for CookingLight.com, and is a member of the advisory board for the nutrition department at Teachers College. He is currently the corporate senior research chef for PepsiCo Global Beverage R&D. He lives in Valhalla, New York. D. Milton Stokes is a registered dietitian and owner of One Source Nutrition, LLC. He has over 20 years' experience in the areas of food and nutrition as a nutrition professional and former restaurateur. Milton is a former national media spokesperson for the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (formerly the American Dietetic Association); in this capacity he's been featured in Cooking Light, Fitness, Self, Men's Health, AOL, The Washington Post and countless other media outlets. His latest book, Flat Belly Diet! for Men (Rodale, 2009) is a New York Times best seller. Presently earning his PhD in health communication, he serves as a teaching assistant and instructor for public speaking, cross-cultural communication, children and media at the University of Connecticut.
